If you are new to Reiki and not sure which session type to choose, you may consider the Traditional Reiki Session as a place to begin. Traditional Reiki Session

Relax and restore with a 60 minute Reiki session. We will begin each session with your intention and will spend time on any specific areas where you would like to focus be it mind, body or spirit. You may be seated or may lay down based on whatever is position is more comfortable. We can include soft music during your session if that is appealing. Many people describe these sessions as relaxing, calming, and peaceful. In addition to receiving Reiki energy through the Reiki practitioner’s hands, a guided meditation experience can be incorporated at the beginning of your Reiki session as an additional way of experiencing the Reiki energy. Many people say that they have gained personal insights either during or following Reiki guided meditations. The benefits experienced during a Reiki session often last for several days following your treatment. We will conclude each session with a brief discussion of your experience and any feedback that you would like to share.
Reiki Session with Crystals

We will begin this session with your intention and will spend time on any specific areas where you would like to focus be it mind, body or spirit. We further will customize your Reiki Session, and add the beauty and vibrational power of crystals. During a session with crystals, you will be laying down. We can also include soft music during your session if that is appealing. Small crystals, which have been cleansed prior to use, will be placed on and/or around your body. Once the crystals are in place, you will continue to receive Reiki energy through the practitioner’s hands for the remainder of your treatment. When your treatment concludes, the practitioner will remove the crystals. We will close your session with a brief discussion of your experiences and any feedback that you would like to share. If you are someone who loves crystals, who enjoys collecting stones while on walks in nature, or would like to experience the beauty of a crystal layout, this might be an additional element that you find very beneficial to incorporate with your Reiki session.
Reiki Session with Crystal Singing Bowls

We will begin this session with your intention and will spend time on any specific areas where you would like to focus be it mind, body or spirit. Crystal singing bowls are 99% pure quartz. The sound and vibration of crystal singing bowls is so unique – I cannot think of another instrument that produces a similar sound. Crystal singing bowls create profound states of calm for many people as the brain moves into a more quiet state allowing the body to relax more deeply. This often happens quite quickly and this deep state of relaxation prepares the client and complements the remainder of the Reiki treatment when the client will receive the Reiki energy through the practitioner’s hands. We will conclude your session with a brief discussion of your experience and any feedback that you would like to share.
Reiki Session with Reiki Drum

Hand held drums are some of the oldest known musical instruments and they have been used throughout the world for thousands of years. Reiki drumming is a unique and sublime experience. The entrainment of the drum’s rhythm creates a sense of deep relaxation. The vibration of the drum can be felt in the physical body and is described by some people as “receiving a massage from the inside out.” We will begin this session with your intention and will spend time on any specific areas where you would like to focus be it mind, body or spirit. Part of your treatment will include the practitioner using the Reiki drum over and around your body. The volume of the drum can be adjusted for your comfort. The drum creates deep states of relaxation. This often happens quite quickly and this deep state of relaxation prepares you and will complement the remainder of the Reiki treatment. Once we complete the Reiki drumming, you will receive the Reiki energy through the practitioner’s hands. We will end your session with a brief discussion of your experiences and any feedback that you would like to share.
Distant Reiki Session

A distant Reiki Session happens just like an in person session except the practitioner and client are not in the same location. We will schedule an appointment and talk via phone prior to the Reiki treatment and connect afterward to have a short discussion about your experience and any feedback that you would like to share. You can receive a Reiki treatment from anywhere!
